It feels easy to use and is spot on. Its really had to believe that something like this is possible. I used to walk around and will have to make so many calls just to get a little information about where we could refer a child. I will be happy to have our doctors use this on their phones.
IHC Menka Village
It’s easy to decide when you want to refer a sick child. But it’s tormenting when they have to remain at your facility because you don’t want to send them to the wrong place where they won’t meet the right personnel. I am glad we have something like BATI that is trying to help us help our patients.
Community health Worker, Wabane Village
It’s sometimes painful when I am unable to help my patients. I tried using Bati to get information about feeding for a 2 year old child I saw in the community who is at risk of being malnourished. Bati provided me with the information I needed. It even gave me more information about a specialist I could contact who can help especially because the family could not travel with the child. We really need BATI. It will safe millions of lives. I am sure of it.
